Dhiyan Di Lohri Celebrated in Mehr Chand Polytechnic College

Mehr Chand Polytechnic College celebrated “Dhiyan Di Lohri” under guidance of Principal S. Jagroop Singh. The whole event was having “Kite Making” and “Lohri Song” competition, in which all the girls of the college are participated. Kanika Marwaha got the first position, second position was with Kiran, and Manpreet Kaur got third position in Kite Making Competition.  In the lohri song competition, Devika got first position , Anchala, Ramandeep Kaur and Komal occupied second position and Ritu, Amandeep stood on third position. The Principal congratulated and presented lohri to all girls. During the whole event huge excitement was seen  among all the girls. The event was organized by Computer Department – Mr. Prince Madaan(HOD) and  Avinash Kaur, Preety, Sadhana, Rohini Pathania(Lecturer Comp engg.). Sh. Dildar Singh Rana(HOD Elect. Engg.), Sh. Sanjay Mahajan(HOD Civil), Sh.V.K. Sangar(HOD ECE), Sh. Kashmir Kumar(HOD Elect. Engg.), Smt. Usha Kiran Chawla(HOD App. Sci.), Sh. Sanjay Bansal(HOD Pharmacy), Smt. Richa Arora(HOD  Mech. Engg.), Sh. Hira Mahajan(HOD Automobile), Sh. Gaurav(HOD  Mech. Engg.) were present in the function.
